Is it really never connected to the internet?
Yes. A local AI operates fully disconnected. Both training and inference complete on the machine itself — no data is ever transmitted outside.
Can we use it without AI expertise?
You use it like any chat AI, via OpenWebUI. Ingesting data is as simple as placing files in a folder, and every deployment includes dedicated RAG tuning on your data.
How much data can it handle?
In testing, AILS learned 67,000+ court precedents (mixed text, images, tables, and scans) and achieved ~10-second vector search (AILS pro model). Transcription tools process as much as memory allows.
Are the AI models fixed?
No. It ships with custom models such as Gemma3, Deepseek-r, Deepseek-code, Llama3.2, and Qwen2.5, which can be added or removed to match the task.
Is there post-deployment support?
Optional monthly support (from ¥10,000) includes system version upgrades plus email & phone assistance, provided through ITO-japan.
